Metabolic Testing is performed to help you hone in on a nutrition

first two sessions, as part of the 4-session Kick-Start Program, you
have an incredibly accurate and important assessment of where you are

Following both your nutrition and fitness assessment, you will then
participate in two additional personal training sessions where I will
begin to show you first-hand the concepts I outline in my book,
