The Fitness Nomad Kick Start Program costs is available right now for only $297 (a $397 total value) and includes a total of four 1-1 personal training sessions, Metabolic Testing, and a complete Health and Fitness Assessment.

During your participation in this program we will customize a fitness and nutrition program designed for your individual needs and designed to get you results!

Following your fourth session, there is no obligation for you to continue.  However, if you do wish to continue, we will set-up a 30-minute consultation where we will discuss your goals in more detail, and clearly identify which one of our programs makes the most sense for you.
