Madison Yoga

Madison yoga programs do much more than develop body strength. They offer you a chance to improve your relaxation techniques and body awareness. When you are aware of your body and everything impacting its functioning, you're motivated to keep it fit and healthy.

Learning to Relax

When it's time to relax, a lot of people frantically look for ways that will force them to unwind. There are whole industries built around products intended to make you feel relaxed even if you really are still completely stressed. You can breathe in incense, rub herbal lotions on your skin or buy electric massagers.

In the end the lotions wash off and the massagers end up unplugged on the floor, and you are still stressed. Learning to relax is a total body encompassing activity. Madison yoga teaches you how to get your body in alignment with your mind and spirit so there's no distortion causing stress.

The Fitness Nomad Kick Start Program costs is available right now for only $297 (a $397 total value) and includes a total of four 1-1 personal training sessions, Metabolic Testing, and a complete Health and Fitness Assessment.

During your participation in this program we will customize a fitness and nutrition program designed for your individual needs and designed to get you results!

Following your fourth session, there is no obligation for you to continue.  However, if you do wish to continue, we will set-up a 30-minute consultation where we will discuss your goals in more detail, and clearly identify which one of our programs makes the most sense for you.
