We'll custom design for you a 2-3-visit-per-week Fitness Nomad Fitness and Nutrition program in the same way we do for our 1-1 personal training clients. You will then work this program with our guidance and in the context of our Small Group Training Program.

This program takes place on pre-scheduled days and times throughout the week, and you can attend up to 3 days per week.

This program saves you money and maximizes your results.

Small Group Training is an excellent way for YOU to gain Immediate Access to ALL John's programming at a fraction of the investment.

John developed this program for 3 very important reasons.
  1. He realizes that not everyone can afford the investment that comes with his platinum level service
