Semi Private Training ranges in price from $147 to $387 per month
depending on which options you choose and what's best for you.
Your Fitness Nomad Fitness Trainer/Coach works with you one-on-one for 30 minute sessions in our state-of-the-art private studio, monitoring your progress every step of the way, teaching, motivating, supporting and empowering you to break through the barriers that held you back in the past.
Why only 30 minutes?
Because this process saves you money and at the same time maximizes your results. It's a great combination.
At the 30 minute mark of your private sessions, your fitness trainer/coach sets you up with the remainder of your workout, while he/she starts the next client. All the while, your trainer is available to you for help and guidance through the rest of your workout.
By allowing the next client to start 30 minutes after you do, your cost for 1-1 training is cut in half. And you also benefit from the opportunity to train with others who are also working hard to reach their health and fitness goals.
